Overcoming Ongoing Feelings of Guilt:

“Here are scriptural prayers to lift before God
as you
truly repent of sin and accept His forgiveness.

Lord, I acknowledged my sin to You and
didn’t cover
up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my
transgressions
to the Lord and You forgave the guilt of my
sin (see
Psalm 32:5).
Lord, according to Your Word, he who
conceals his
sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses
and
renounces them finds mercy (see Proverbs
28:13).
Father God, You made my Savior’s life a
guilt
offering for me (see Isaiah 53:10). His death
was
enough to handle my guilt.
Blessed am I, God, because my
transgressions are
forgiven. My sins are covered. Blessed am I
because
You, Lord, will never count my sins against
me (see
Romans 4:7-8).
