Ok, this is brilliant. From a technical point of view, this is the best use of multimedia technologies to teach history I’ve seen in a long time. Learn more in a few minutes then you have ever understood about world religions.

From a religious/geopolitical point of view, this is one of the fastest ways to gain an understanding of the entire Middle East and European situation (with respect to Islam) ever produced. Once you understand the development patterns, all that is further needed to grasp the tension is a minimalist awareness of a religion that teaches that those who fail to convert must be killed and the entire mess makes sense.
